We are introducing a program of volunteer incentives to motivate and reward our volunteers.

Each year at the AGM the volunteer awards will be presented.  Hours that you volunteer for any SUDS event within that year (AGM to AGM) can be counted towards any team in any league or any touring team.  After having worked for an event you must fill out the volunteer form and submit the hardcopy or email to the SUDS GM.  The event coordinator will be required to submit a worksheet with volunteer names and hours.  If you have worked an event please confirm that the event coordinator has your name and hours recorded.  If the volunteer form and the coordinator form do not match, the hours listed on the coordinator form will be used.  These forms are found in the SUDS Docs under the General Documents for that year.

Rewards!

Team Rewards

Level 1:  The top 2 teams will recieve $450 (with minimum of 50 hours)

Level 2:  The next 2 teams will recieve $200 (with minimum of 30 hours)

Level 3:  The next 2 teams will recieve $100 (with minimum of 10 hours)

If no teams works the minumum required hours for that reward, the top reward will drop to the next level.

Individual Rewards

The individual with the most volunteer hours will recieve a prize package (yet to be determined).
