The Annual General Meeting will take place on November 4, 2009 at 7:30pm. The meeting will take place at the Sasktel Sports Centre upstairs meeting room (beside the Pleasureway Pub).

Additional nominations will be accepted at the AGM. Candidates will be allowed to give a candidacy speech if they choose. Voting will take place after the speeches.
SUDS is creating a Field Development Committee (FDC), YOU should be part of it! The goal of the committee will be to come up with recommendations to the Board of Directors with regards to field development. We know we have very a talented membership that can contribute greatly to these recommendations. Please consider joining the FDC and help our league continue to grow. (It is the hope that most of the correspondence of the FDC can be achieved through email and other online resources, in person meetings will be minimal and for those that have the extra time.)
